Paul Whitehead Sidelined for 10-11 Months Friday, May 3rd, 2013 The Ottawa Outlaws will lose the services of starting pitcher Paul Whitehead after he sustained a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Long Island Ducks. "I'll get through it," Whitehead said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 10-11 months. To date this year in 6 starts, Whitehead has crafted a 1-3 mark with a 5.53 ERA. |
