Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Bronx and Billings game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Alex Chambers of the Bombers and Jim Unknown of the Mustangs have now been reprimanded and issued 2-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. So far on the season Chambers is hitting .239 with 19 home runs, 54 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has 68 hits and played in 85 games. |
