BCL's Top Hitter Announced Sunday, July 1st, 2012 For a rookie just breaking in, Tommy McCauley certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the BCL Batter of the Month award for June. The 24-year-old first baseman for the Detroit Death Stars hit .390 with 9 home runs, 32 RBIs and 20 runs scored. This season McCauley is batting .342 with 102 hits, 23 home runs, 69 RBIs, .440 OBP and has scored 64 runs. |
