Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Lewis Monday, August 13th, 2018 Nobody has been able to shut down David Lewis of the Bombers in recent games. Today at Bronx Ballpark he picked up 2 hits in the Bronx 8-2 victory over the Phantoms and stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. David Lewis flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, walked in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. This year Lewis is batting .311 with 27 home runs. He has scored 88 runs and driven in 103. |
