BCL Presents Batter of Month Trophy to Boorman Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 When Philip Boorman stepped up to the plate in July, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month award. The young Reno shortstop posted a .376 batting average with 9 home runs, 25 RBIs and scored 23 runs. Boorman also worked pitchers for 17 walks to post a .482 on-base percentage. So far this season Boorman is hitting .306 with 22 home runs. |
