Great Stroke: Kato Gets 5 Hits Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 Thanks to Maresuke Kato and his big bat, the Communists derailed the Fort Worth Cats 7-6 today at Bulldog Stadium. The Leningrad right fielder had a standout game with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. Maresuke Kato singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Jason Rankin in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. So far this year Kato has hit .290 with 7 home runs, 50 RBIs and 48 runs scored. |
