Franklin Awarded May's KSL Top Bat Prize Friday, June 1st, 2018 In May, Joel Franklin was the toughest out in the Kade Stenson League and that is the prime reason he was voted the Batter of the Month. The Toledo third baseman rapped out 43 hits in 107 at-bats for a .402 batting average, hit 9 home runs, drove in 26 runs and scored 23 times. Presently Franklin is batting .344 with 76 hits and 16 home runs. He has knocked in 51 runs and scored 45 times. |
