Philadelphia's Moore to Miss 8 Months Thursday, May 24th, 2018 Earlier today, Philadelphia reliever Todd Moore had to leave the game against Astoria because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn labrum and will miss 8 months of play. Moore was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. This season he has made 1 relief appearance with no saves. In 40.2 innings Moore has chalked up 27 strikeouts while posting a 2-3 record and a 5.31 ERA |
