Argonauts Lose White for 8 Months Friday, April 6th, 2018 The Astoria Argonauts learned that Eugene White is likely to be out for 8 months after he injured himself running the bases in today's game against the Pasadena Bumblebees. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a ruptured medial collateral ligament. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Astoria manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Eugene is back in action." |
