20 Games in a Row for O'Higgins Saturday, September 16th, 2017 The red-hot hitting Reese O'Higgins is riding high with a 20-consecutive-game hitting streak and is drawing a lot of attention at the ballpark and in the press. The 27-year-old Toledo second baseman continued the streak today at Cruz Bay Park with 3 hits in 4 at-bats as the Raptors got the best of the Durham Bulls 7-1. "It's great," one of his teammates said. "To be able to hit behind him and watch him, it's been fun. It's been fun and exciting to watch. Not only fans in Toledo, but baseball fans everywhere appreciate what is going on right now, and it has everyone on the edge of their seats wondering what he is going to do." Reese O'Higgins singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, was hit by a pitch in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
