Kamida of Durham Crowned Best Player Monday, August 21st, 2017 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Tatsuzo Kamida, the Durham first baseman, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Kade Stenson League Player of the Week honors. Kamida piled up 13 hits in 26 at-bats, 2 home runs and 5 RBIs while hitting .500. So far this year Kamida is hitting .280 with 15 home runs. |
