Super Swinger -- Yasuda Slams 5 Hits Friday, June 30th, 2017 All game long Amarillo's Kuemon Yasuda was rattling the walls at Stars Field and banging out base hits against the Indian Wells Aeropostales. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Horseman had a 10-6 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 24-year-old center fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Kuemon Yasuda hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. So far this season Yasuda has hit .282 with 2 home runs, 35 RBIs and and scored 42 times. |
