BCL Awards Player of the Week Monday, June 27th, 2016 Eugene White kept his eye on the ball last week and now all eyes are on him. The Joplin Fireballs left fielder easily swung his way to the Blake Camden League Player of the Week Award with 12 hits in 24 at-bats. White hit .500 last week with 4 home runs, 7 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season White is swinging the bat at a .304 rate with 51 hits in 168 at-bats. To date he has hit 11 home runs, scored 34 runs and driven in 34. |
