KSL's Top Hitter Selected Wednesday, June 1st, 2016 Jerry Allen is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Durham first baseman joined that select company when the Kade Stenson League announced the results of May's voting. Allen totaled 34 hits, 10 walks, 8 home runs, 23 RBIs and 14 runs scored last month to put together a .405 batting average and .468 on-base percentage. For the year Allen has hit at a .401 clip with 41 RBIs, 12 home runs and 30 runs scored. |
