Fireballs Watson Named BCL's #1 Player Monday, September 28th, 2015 This week Harry Watson, center fielder for the Joplin Fireballs, hit everything in sight to win the Blake Camden League Player of the Week trophy. He rattled fences and pitchers as he banged out a .609 average and .679 on-base percentage. Watson logged 14 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs, 5 walks and scored 11 times. This season Watson is batting .386 with 27 hits, 3 home runs, 9 RBIs, .476 OBP and has scored 18 runs. |
