Kade Stenson League's Best Batter Announced Monday, August 17th, 2015 A hot-hitting week got Li-chi Au the Kade Stenson League Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The El Paso right fielder slammed them for a .556 average, 15 hits in 27 at-bats, 1 home run, 4 RBIs and scored 8 runs. In the postgame press conference, Au shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that." So far this season, Au has recorded a .343 batting average with 168 hits, 13 home runs, 59 RBIs, 95 runs scored and a .388 OBP. |
