Tsumemasa Okada Suffers Injury Saturday, July 4th, 2015 Tsumemasa Okada expressed his disappointment when he learned that shoulder inflammation would sideline him for 4 months. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Okada. The reliever got hurt in today's game with the Springfield Reformers. He was hurt throwing a pitch. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. For the season Okada has 1 save, tossed 36 innings, fanned 31 batters and produced an ERA of 5.75. He has also been credited with 3 wins and 1 loss. |
