Salas, Baker Suspended for Fracas Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 Ramón Salas of the Mdewanketon Sabercats and Francis Baker of the Pasadena Bumblebees got into a wrestling match yesterday at Mystic Lake Stadium and now must pay the consequences for violating league rules. They have both been assessed 5-game suspensions by the league for inciting the heated altercation between the two clubs. This year Salas is hitting at a .246 pace with 4 home runs and 18 RBIs. He has played in 41 games and scored 15 times. Thus far this season Baker has posted a 3-5 record, started 15 games, struck out 72 batters in 81 innings and compiled a 4.67 ERA. |
