The 22-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Blake Camden League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .522 average (12-23) with 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Presently Yamada is batting .262 and has collected 2 home runs, 35 RBIs, .341 OBP and scored 33 runs. |
