Hitting Streak Still Alive for Sutton Wednesday, May 13th, 2015 At Stars Field today Indian Wells left fielder Charlie Sutton stretched his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games with 2 hits against the Albuquerque Cacti. However, the Aeropostales came up short on the scoreboard and lost the game 11-0. Charlie Sutton singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th. For the season Sutton is currently batting .368 with 3 home runs and 25 RBIs. In 31 games he has reached base at a .417 rate and scored 33 runs to date. |
