Hitting Streak Still Alive for Bowman Wednesday, April 15th, 2015 Will Bowman collected 3 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. His club, the Acapulco Banditos, beat Bristol City 8-2. After the ballgame, Bowman quipped to a BNN reporter, "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball. I'm pretty excited how things are clicking." Will Bowman singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th and hit an RBI single in the 6th. Bowman's current batting average stands at .385 and he has chalked up 2 home runs and 12 RBIs. |
