Great August Gets Woodard BCL Best Hitter Award Monday, September 1st, 2014 Philadelphia left fielder John Woodard took home the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month Trophy for August. He put up some solid numbers, including a .386 batting average and .493 on-base percentage with 22 hits, 7 home runs, 18 RBIs and 18 runs scored. This season Woodard has 12 home runs and a .358 batting average. |
