Week's Best Player Honored by BCL Monday, August 25th, 2014 John Woodard is respected by most Philadelphia Freedom fans for his no-frills style of play. The 27-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Blake Camden League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .571 average (12-21) with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and 9 runs scored. Posting a .366 batting average to date, Woodard has 10 home runs and 31 RBIs. |
