Berserkers-Mafia Trade Announced Sunday, December 2nd, 2012 Minnesota and New York have agreed in principle to a trade. The Berserkers will send 36-year-old right fielder Will Johnson to the Mafia for 23-year-old minor league third baseman Sam Harper and 21-year-old minor league second baseman John Barney. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. In his 140-game career Johnson is hitting .303 with 181 hits, 38 doubles, 1 triple and 18 home runs. He has scored 111 runs and driven in 87. |
