Thurman Munson League Best Rookie Named Thursday, November 8th, 2018 Today the BBN baseball writers announced the winner of the Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Year Award. The premier rookie in 2018 was South Carolina right fielder Lowell Anderson. He finished the regular season with a .312 batting average, 30 doubles, 2 triples and 41 home runs. Anderson also had 134 RBIs and scored 109 times. |
