RCL's Best Batter Selected Saturday, September 1st, 2018 August was a very productive month for Steve Wagner, and today the Oklahoma City second baseman was rewarded with the Roberto Clemente League Batter of the Month honors. He clobbered enemy hurlers for a .385 average, 14 home runs, and 32 RBIs and scored 28 runs. This season Wagner has delivered 139 hits in 474 at-bats for a .293 average with 36 home runs. He is getting on base at a .385 clip and his totals also include 103 RBIs and 98 runs scored. This year Wagner has played in 124 games. |
