TML Top Pitcher for July Picked Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 Rodney Armstrong's been around the league long enough to appreciate the honor he received today. After going 3-0 in July, the 26-year-old Kansas City hurler has been named Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month. He fanned 32 in 42 innings, logged an ERA of 1.29 and allowed opponents to hit .224 against him. To date this year Armstrong has compiled a 9-7 mark with a 4.03 ERA in 21 starts. |
