So Cal, Washington Close Deal Tuesday, July 31st, 2018 Fans in So Cal woke up this morning to learn that their team had traded 26-year-old minor league third baseman Josh Cameron, 24-year-old minor league starting pitcher John Cannon and 20-year-old minor league closer José Ochoa to the Washington Capitalists. In return, the Republic will receive 25-year-old starting pitcher Ed Lott and 25-year-old minor league right fielder Abel McClure. McClure has played in 193 games and is hitting .278 lifetime with 76 RBIs, 179 hits, 27 doubles, 2 triples and 16 home runs. He has scored 106 times and stolen 10 bases. |
