Maple, Seattle Trade Players Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 The Maple Marauders have finalized a deal that will send 28-year-old minor league third baseman Totoya Sakei, 34-year-old minor league closer Emmanuel Villa, 31-year-old minor league shortstop Doug Smith, 21-year-old minor league reliever Subaru Saito and 26-year-old minor league starting pitcher Subaru Kishita to Seattle for 28-year-old first baseman Blake Reynolds, 22-year-old minor league catcher Zachary Wonnocott and 24-year-old minor league second baseman Zak Ellis. Minor details still need to be worked out before the trade becomes official, but the players involved are expected to be with their new clubs soon. His lifetime stats show that Smith has hit .249 and connected for 103 home runs. Lifetime Reynolds is batting .315 and has totaled 199 home runs. |
