North Receives TML Rookie of the Year Award Thursday, November 9th, 2017 Kansas City's center fielder Oliver North is the latest winner of the Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Year Award. During his first year in the league, the 22-year-old North hit .335 with 181 hits, 1 home run, 44 RBIs and 118 runs scored. He also walked 88 times and put up a .435 on-base percentage. |
