Texans Chill Johnson's Hot Streak Saturday, September 30th, 2017 Lady Luck was not on the side of Nick Johnson or his teammates today at Huron River Park. Everything went the Dallas Texans way. They not only came away with a 7-2 victory, but also held Johnson hitless in 5 at-bats to put an end to the third baseman's 26-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Johnson said afterward. "But it'd be much easier to take right now if we had won." Currently Johnson has 22 home runs and a .313 batting average. |
