Bandits-Capitalists Swap Confirmed Monday, July 31st, 2017 Newspapers in Montreal and Washington reported that the Bandits have reached a deal sending 27-year-old minor league reliever Martín Torres, 22-year-old minor league center fielder Jorge Martínez and 33-year-old reliever Lou Smith to the Capitalists for 36-year-old starting pitcher Raúl Pérez. Thus far this season Pérez has posted a 6-11 record, started 21 games, struck out 115 batters in 133.2 innings and compiled a 4.38 ERA. |
