Injury Forces William Little Out
Thursday, May 24th, 2012
Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Minnesota Berserkers, 84's starting pitcher William Little was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 4-5 months with a torn labrum. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Greenville skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.

Little has made 10 starts so far this year and put up a 4-5 won-lost record with a 4.11 ERA. In 61.1 innings he has allowed 64 hits, walked 28 and struck out 39.
