RCL Player of the Week Named Monday, May 14th, 2012 Alfredo Yánez has the tools to stick in this league for many years. The 24-year-old right fielder of the So Cal Republic had a pretty fair bat in the Roberto Clemente League over the past seven days and won the Player of the Week honors. Yánez batted .379 with 11 hits in 29 at-bats, 6 home runs and 9 RBIs. In the 2012 season Yánez is hitting .385 with 13 home runs. |
