ABL News: Winter Meetings End Thursday, December 22nd, 2016 The annual Adult Baseball League Winter Meetings draw to a close today and no doubt some clubs will be trying to wheel and deal right up to the last moment. General managers looking to sign players to a new contract or engineer a trade with rival clubs still have time remaining to get a quick response on their offers. Once the Meetings officially close, however, clubs can expect to be greeted with more lengthy and protracted contract and trade discussions. |
