Montreal's Raines to Miss 4 Weeks
Sunday, August 28th, 2016
Montreal center fielder Tim Raines left today's game with a hamstring strain. The injury looked like it occurred throwing the ball in the game against South Carolina. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Bandits without Raines for about 4 weeks.

In 86 games this season Raines has compiled a .301 batting average with 103 hits and 9 home runs. He has also scored 65 times and knocked in 39 runs.
