Tornadoes López Out Permanently, Can't Come Back From Injury Friday, August 5th, 2016 It looks like the end of Pepe López's career. He got the sad news today from his doctors that this last setback was more damaging than first reported. The 36-year-old Kansas City Tornadoes starting pitcher was making some progress in his recovery from a torn back muscle, but then he reinjured it during a rehab workout. López was told by his specialist that there was nothing more that could be done to save his career. |
