Morin Hits for Cycle Against Texas
Saturday, August 29th, 2015
Kansas City's Claude Morin accomplished what few others have been able to do -- he hit for the cycle. In baseball, a player hits for the cycle when he hits a single, a double, a triple and a home run in the same game, though not necessarily in that order. Collecting the hits in that order is known as a "natural cycle."

For the day he finished 4-5 with 4 runs batted in and 3 runs scored and helped his Tornadoes knock off the Texas Gunners 10-2 at The Battlefield. In the postgame press conference he said, "I didn't even know I had hit for the cycle until after the game."

Claude Morin singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Quincy Green in the 8th.

Currently Morin is batting .298 with 14 home runs and 42 RBIs.
