Pérez out of Action, Listed DTD Sunday, August 16th, 2015 Is Raúl Pérez going to tough it out and play through an injury? We'll get the chance to find out one week as the outstanding Montreal starting pitcher attempts to shrug off a mild abdominal strain he sustained throwing a pitch against the San Diego Hops. Whether the management lets him play or handles him with kid gloves will depend mostly on how Pérez feels on a day-to-day basis. But there's little doubt that the Montreal Bandits will be happy for the talented player to return at full strength as soon as possible. Thus far this season Pérez has posted a 15-7 record, started 25 games, struck out 166 batters in 166 innings and compiled a 3.04 ERA. |
