Week's Premier Performer Honored by TML Monday, June 22nd, 2015 One of the league's most exciting young players, Stan Cheslin of the Jersey Jesters earned himself Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 21-year-old right fielder had a lofty .522 average (12-23), collecting 3 home runs, 12 RBIs and 8 runs scored. So far on the season Cheslin is hitting .291 with 10 home runs, 39 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He has 72 hits and played in 62 games. |
