TML Announces Player of the Week Monday, September 1st, 2014 21-year-old Roy O'Quinn sent shock waves through Adult Baseball League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, O'Quinn made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .560 average, 14 hits in 25 at-bats, 1 home run and 13 RBI. Where the South Carolina Bombers left fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but O'Quinn certainly made his mark last week. For the year O'Quinn has hit .225 with 11 home runs, 44 RBIs and scored 37 runs. |
