Crawford Gets 5 Hits Monday, July 28th, 2014 "It was almost like batting practice. I saw the ball very well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted." That's what Cabo San Lucas left fielder Dennis Crawford said to BNN reporters after his fantastic 5-6 day against the Kansas City Tornadoes at Debris Field. "I got some good counts and used the whole field." The Toreros had a good day, too, and won the ballgame 10-7. Dennis Crawford grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. So far this year Crawford is hitting .355 with 2 home runs. |
