Outlaws Chill Clark's Hot Streak Friday, May 23rd, 2014 Jesse Clark of the Dallas Texans came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats. That put a quick end to his 22-game hitting streak. To make matters even worse, Dallas dropped the game to the Nottinghamshire Outlaws 9-8. In a postgame comment Clark told the press, "It was not a good day today. We lost the game and the streak is over." Clark is hitting .303 so far this season with 19 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has 50 hits including 1 home run, 25 walks and .391 OBP. |
