Rumors Call Bobby McClughan 'Wood Chopping' Incident a Cover Up for Affair Friday, May 16th, 2014 In the wake of Bobby McClughan's apparent back injury while helping his neighbor chop wood, rumors have begun to surface alleging the true cause of the injury to be a secret rendezvous with a previously unidentified mistress. McClughan, who is married, has reportedly been caught sneaking around his hometown with a local massage therapist. The pair had been spotted at a local mall and McClughan's truck was reportedly spotted a local motel the day before the wood chopping incident was announced. Neither McClughan nor the Jesters have offered any formal response to the accusations. Teammates are neutral thus far on the matter. "You can't take rumors you hear as fact until there's definite proof," said Jersey Jesters teammate, Marvin White. "I could point at you and say you kicked a puppy but that doesn't make it true. What matters is that he is back on the field and playing again." |
