The 2013 Rookie of the Year Award has been handed out to Kansas City's first baseman Jesús Cruz, who outshined all his first-year peers in the balloting and on the diamond. He hit .324 for the Kansas City Tornadoes, racking up 195 hits, 32 home runs, 111 RBIs, and 93 runs scored to capture the trophy. |
