Ouch! Misao Ikeda Shelved by Injury Tuesday, April 4th, 2017 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Lions when after today's game against the Buffaloes, the club found out they would be without the services of Misao Ikeda for at least 12 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Ikeda was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a torn rotator cuff.
