Suzuki Chosen September's Best PL Hurler Thursday, October 1st, 2015 31-year-olds don't often go 3-0 in and haul away the the best pitcher award, but Katsumoto Suzuki did all that. Now, he's the toast of the Pacific League. Today he was crowned the Pitcher of the Month for September. In 4 starts he posted a 0.92 ERA and struck out 45 batters in 29.1 innings. This year Suzuki has compiled a 18-0 record with a 2.00 ERA. |
