Super Week for Tohoku Rakuten's Nakashima! Monday, June 29th, 2015 The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Yohachi Nakashima of Tohoku Rakuten last week. The right fielder had quite a 5-game stretch and today he was named the Pacific League Player of the Week. Nakashima delivered 11 hits in 23 at-bats to hit .478 with 1 home run and 9 RBIs. This year Nakashima has hit at a .311 clip with 40 RBIs, 8 home runs and 49 runs scored. |
