Kawasaki, Nii Receive 7-Game Suspensions Saturday, April 25th, 2015 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Hokkaido Nippon-Ham-Saitama Seibu contest at Ballpark of Hakui College. The Fighters Yoshitaka Kawasaki and the Lions Kohei Nii will have to sit out 7 games for their part in the brawl. This season Kawasaki has hit at a .362 clip with 13 RBIs, 3 home runs and 13 runs scored. He has played in 14 games. |
