Fukuoka SoftBank Starter Named PL's Best Pitcher Monday, September 1st, 2014 36-year-olds don't often go 4-0 in and haul away the the best pitcher award, but Tadanobu Kamida did all that. Now, he's the toast of the Pacific League. Today he was crowned the Pitcher of the Month for August. In 4 starts he posted a 1.27 ERA and struck out 30 batters in 28.1 innings. This season Kamida has compiled a 14-2 mark, 2.28 ERA and made 20 starts. |
